Colonel is a parody of Colonel Sanders, The founder of Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC). Colonel is the giver of the quest, Fry Them Chickens, and who you return to after supplying his needs. Colonel is found near the Evermore Greens South entrance of Neem Town.
